This series of mentoring calls are led by 3 certified NVC trainers, Sarah Peyton, Peggy Smith, and Sylvie Hörning, alternating days to give people from around the world an opportunity to experience different teaching styles and varying support.

In this masterclass session, we will be drawing cards to be represented in constellations for clients in response to clients’ questions, in an exploration of archetypes, fate, destiny and divination within constellation work.

What is happening in the brain with ADHD? Where does ADHD come from? Clients often bring their heavy burden of distraction and anguish from decades of unsupported ADHD. Research into ADHD and its effects, consequences, and strengths has been exploding. One of the most important things to know about ADHD is its relationship with trauma. This relationship opens a space for very effective support to happen in our constellation work. Join Sarah Peyton to explore constellation possibilities for clients with ADHD. 

Contracts that limit our life energy can lead to hopelessness and depression. When they are combined with negative self-talk, they can be toxic. Another facet of depression is hyperactivation of the anterior cingulate, which may have a contract to carry the pain of self and of the entire world. The release of these contracts in these two classes supports the reclamation of movement and agency.

In this workshop, Dr. Greenspun outlines the various ruptures that are both embedded in and contributing to the unfolding climate and environmental crisis. These ruptures include the internal defense mechanism of disavowal that leads us to split off our full awareness of climate disruption, the fractures between groups of people including various forms of polarization, marginalization and othering, and the split between humans and the more-than-human world characteristic of the modern Western world.
