In the wake of natural disasters, extreme weather patterns, pandemics, and war, ripples of collective trauma shakes individuals, families and society as a whole. Without any knowledge of the impact of collective trauma, you may wonder about the behaviors in yourself and those closest to you. When we understand the impacts, and are able to name and acknowledge what we have been through, doorways to compassion open. Join Sarah for an exploration that will take us into transgenerational understanding and movement.

Join Sarah for six days of exploration of collective trauma, its impact on us, and the strange new joy that is birthed from really seeing our world and what is happening to it. We will be supported in our mourning, recognize the beauty of each body’s wisdom, and open to a joyful presence.

The most important circuit for our client’s health and well-being is the PLAY circuit. It is also the circuit most vulnerable to the impacts of trauma. When we heal trauma with our constellation work, we are gently moving our clients’ PLAY circuits towards awakening. With this knowledge, we can capitalize on healing movements to blow on the embers of joy. Join Sarah Peyton to explore PLAY in constellations.

Join Sarah Peyton for 8-weeks that will shift your perception of yourself and your relationships through an experiential introduction to resonance and resonant language. In this class, participants will learn and practice skills for connection, mutual understanding, care and emotional nourishment.

Working in concert with Jungian astrologer Carol Ferris, the constellations in this session will take as their starting point several elements from the birth chart of the seeker receiving the constellation, including the seeker’s moon, or internalized mother. As a masterclass experience for constellation facilitators, we will be looking at working with archetypal patterns from other systems (in this case astrology) in our constellations.

By restoring our relationship with the part of our interior landscapes and ways of knowing that have been cut off or become dormant because of the predominant Western mindset, we can collectively contribute to an evolutionary impulse toward an eco-wise shift.
