Join Sarah Peyton for 8-weeks that will shift your perception of yourself and your relationships through an experiential introduction to resonance. In this class, participants will learn and practice skills for connection, mutual understanding, care and emotional nourishment. Each 80-minute class will include relational neuroscience and two resonant language breakouts. Optional participation in resonant practice groups outside class.

- Attunement and the movement into resonance
- Body sensations
- Feelings and needs
- Fresh metaphor
- Impossible dream guesses
- Poetry and the poetic visual
- Acknowledging what is
- Swearing
- Humor
- I-You language
The classes will be recorded for participants in many time zones
Who is This Course For?
Students from beginners to advanced interested in building their skills for resonant language and expanding their capacity to be with themselves and others. All welcome.

About Sarah
Sarah Peyton, Certified Trainer of Nonviolent Communication and neuroscience educator, integrates brain science and the use of resonant language to heal personal and collective trauma with exquisite gentleness.
Sarah is a sought-after expert who brings neuroscience expertise together with depth work, self-compassion, and the transformative potential of language. She works with audiences internationally to create a compassionate understanding of the effects of relational trauma on the brain, and teaches people how words change and heal us.
