This series of mentoring calls are lead by 3 certified NVC trainers, Sarah Peyton, Peggy Smith, and Sylvie Hörning, alternating days to give people from around the world an opportunity to experience different teaching styles and varying support.

Some of the most profound movements in constellation work come from the disentangling of the FEAR circuit from the traumas that clients have lived through. If we don’t know that FEAR exists as its own circuit within our clients’ brains, our work is less powerful. Join Sarah Peyton to explore FEAR in constellations.

These two classes address contracts that have negative results on our daily lives in simple ways. We learn about the instrumental brain and the relational brain, and we review the difference between self-regulation and self-management. Body sensations give us our resonant skills practice for this chapter.

The right hemisphere, our relational brain, is capable of seeing the big picture, holding the world with awe and celebrating its beauty and majesty. But when life has been harsh, or unwelcoming, it can become overwhelming and what once was beautiful can be tarnished. Join Sarah for an exploration of the phenomenon of Re-Enchantment, and how we can reconnect to the magic of being alive, while still acknowledging what is.

Join Sarah for an exploration of Facilitating Constellations Online. Constellation work heals trauma at the family level, transgenerationally and historically, as well as at the personal level. For those who are brand new to constellation facilitation and seasoned experts.

What are the roles of fate and destiny in the lives of humans? How much choice do we have? How do we leverage the choice we do have? How do the concepts of fate and destiny illuminate our life journeys? This in-depth workshop will offer a general exploration of these concepts, the relational neuroscience behind them, and how it affects constellations to represent fate and destiny and include them in the work.

These two classes introduce Beatrice Beebe’s work in detail, integrating it with Jaak Panksepp’s Circuits of Emotion and Motivation, which help us understand the nervous system’s drop into shame when we inadvertently break a contract. We learn about some of the most common contracts people make with themselves to prevent shame and disappointment from ever happening again.

There are two main forms of cruelty that show up in relationships and families: RAGE, which is its own circuit, and predatory aggression (the colder experience of contempt and bullying), which is part of the SEEKING circuit. How can we tell them apart in constellation work, and what benefits are there in disentangling them? Join Sarah Peyton to explore RAGE in constellations.

What are the relational experiences that create a pervasive sense of self-doubt and tell us that our voice, our presence and gifts are not welcome? Who suffers from imposter syndrome and how do we move towards more recognition of our value? Join Sarah Peyton and Jaya Manske for an investigation of the research into this phenomenon and some resonant practices to bring you back to your sense of authenticity when you lose your sense of your own worth.

What causes us to react to others and how long does it take for our bodies to calm? Learn the role implicit memory plays in reactivity, and how we can use empathy and resonance skills to transform reactivity into calm and connection.
