Description
We are all capable of taking action from our heart, and of taking action from our mind. Our heart makes itself felt when we hold ourselves and others with generosity, when we are rooted in the present moment, and when we have genuine, warm curiosity about what will happen next. Our disembodied mind is in the driver’s seat when we are calculating, when we do things in expectation of the return we will receive, and when we feel irritation and judgment of others. Surprisingly, our manipulative and irritable mind is just as worthy of love and appreciation and care as our hearts are. Join Sarah Peyton for this webinar to explore signs and symptoms of the left hemisphere life, and for solid strategies about how to hold ourselves with gentleness and warmth, reclaiming the heart in all that we do.
