Join Sarah for an exploration of Facilitating Constellations Online. Constellation work heals trauma at the family level, transgenerationally and historically, as well as at the personal level. For those who are brand new to constellation facilitation and seasoned experts.

What are the roles of fate and destiny in the lives of humans? How much choice do we have? How do we leverage the choice we do have? How do the concepts of fate and destiny illuminate our life journeys? This in-depth workshop will offer a general exploration of these concepts, the relational neuroscience behind them, and how it affects constellations to represent fate and destiny and include them in the work.

These two classes introduce Beatrice Beebe’s work in detail, integrating it with Jaak Panksepp’s Circuits of Emotion and Motivation, which help us understand the nervous system’s drop into shame when we inadvertently break a contract. We learn about some of the most common contracts people make with themselves to prevent shame and disappointment from ever happening again.

There are two main forms of cruelty that show up in relationships and families: RAGE, which is its own circuit, and predatory aggression (the colder experience of contempt and bullying), which is part of the SEEKING circuit. What causes us to react to others and how long does it take for our bodies to calm? Learn the role implicit memory plays in reactivity, and how we can use empathy and resonance skills to transform reactivity into calm and connection.

These two classes explore of contracts connected to Panksepp’s circuits, in particular, we take a look at the contracts connected with anxiety, specifically those that concern the circuits of: FEAR and PANIC/GRIEF

In these two classes, we trace the development of contracts that can be made during traumatic moments to either never be angry, or to punish ourselves or others for getting angry, and learn how to release them. We also learn that when others’ actions cause us to break our own contracts, this can bring about rage.

One of the primary issues that clients bring to constellations is loneliness. Often people have been lonely for years, in part because of circumstances, but in part because they create contracts of isolation that are supposed to prevent heartbreak and devastation.
