Each of us carry a powerful constellation with us – the field of ourselves with our mothers. It comes from the 12.5 billion cells of our prefrontal cortex that carry our mothers. When our mothers were compromised by trauma, this field can be so powerful that it can distort our relationships and put us in repeating loops of self-sabotage, the confusion of prioritizing others needs above our own, and other previously unexplained mysteries of life.
