Forgiveness is often talked about as something we “should” do – forgive ourselves, forgive others, ask forgiveness. But what does it actually mean, and how does it live in the body? Through resonant movement and warmhearted conversation, this experiential workshop unpacks forgiveness and the many feelings and sensations that may swirl around this potentially complicated experience.
All movement invitations are optional. Whatever range of motion and mode of expression feels authentic and comfortable for you is welcome.
