The third annual Resonance Summit, hosted by Sarah Peyton, offers a bold exploration of the latest neuroscience research that lies at the foundation of resonance. Join us for this free five-day experiential learning immersion to begin to change your brain into a kinder place, discover your own relational self, and catch a glimpse of the rich world of emergence that resonance can make possible for you.
How does narcissistic abuse change and impact us? And, most importantly, how do we find our way back to a sense of wholeness after the fracturing experience of spending years with a parent or spouse with narcissism? Join Sarah for an exploration of the latest relational neuroscience on narcissism and healing.

What causes us to react to others and how long does it take for our bodies to calm? Do we get to relax and laugh in our relationships again? Learn the role implicit memory plays in reactivity, and how we can use empathy and resonance skills to transform reactivity into calm and connection.

We can take perverse pleasure in the misfortunes of others – this is so common that it has a name – schadenfreude. This feeling can be intense and simultaneously feel good and feel awful – it is a part of our shadow. What are the roots of this phenomenon, how does it show up in constellations, and how can it be disarmed? Join Sarah Peyton to explore the meaning of schadenfreude and learn the relational neuroscience behind this experience. Take steps toward more compassion for yourself and learn tools to support self-compassion in your clients.
Do you ever wonder why NVC works so very well? Do you love learning about the brain and making sense of your life, your emotions and your mind? The world of Relational Neuroscience is highly supportive of a deep, connecting, and effective NVC practice. With body-centered awareness and rich food for thought, these classes will take you more deeply into all the healing and communication potential that NVC has. This program is taught and led by NVC Certified Trainers Sarah Peyton and Peggy Smith, and NVC Certified Trainer and Assessor Sylvie Hörning, all of whom integrate trauma-sensitivity and relational neuroscience into their NVC teaching and practice.
Join Sarah Peyton and Jungian astrologer, Carol Ferris, for a 4-day immersive constellation facilitators training exploring the convergence of constellations and astrology. Sarah's approach weaves together neuroscience, resonant language and the power of constellation to support facilitators to better hold their clients so they can be understood for things previously unnamed. The constellations will integrate Carol’s understanding of the archetypal interplay with the movement of the constellation representatives.
Relational neuroscience has some insight into the mysteries of chronic illness and chronic pain, but the most important thing is resonance – resonance for the exhausted self, resonance for the worn out cells, and resonance for our beleaguered immune systems. Join Sarah Peyton for a 90 minute journey into the latest research into chronic fatigue and other conditions, and how to talk with our cells.

In these two classes, we trace the development of contracts that can be made during traumatic moments to either never be angry, or to punish ourselves or others for getting angry, and learn how to release them. We also learn that when others’ actions cause us to break our own contracts, this can bring about rage. We connect our work with Porges’ Polyvagal Theory and practice resonant language skills to support self-connection in sympathetic activation.

All of us have thoughtless moments – times when other people or their requests cease to exist for us. What is the impact on others of our thoughtlessness, and how does the shadow of thoughtlessness become narcissism? What happens for the children or partners of people whose thoughtlessness strays into narcissism, and what can we do as constellation facilitators to help such clients? Join Sarah Peyton for an exploration of the roots and neuroscience of thoughtlessness, and ways to support healing in ourselves and our clients.
The way we are responded to creates within us this ongoing prediction or expectation of how we become attached to others and whether that attachment is secure or insecure. Join Sarah Peyton for an online exploration of what our brains are doing and how to grow new, resonant fibers that move us toward earned secure attachment.
Our relationship with our child(ren) is one of the most important and often times the most difficult. How can resonance make navigating parenting easier? Join Sarah Peyton for this 90 minute exploration.
