Every facilitator has a different approach to working with constellations. What is your natural starting point? Are you warm? Cold? Neutral? Is it important for constellation facilitators to have warmth for their clients? What are the implications for neutrality? These answers are different for every facilitator, yet a basic understanding of warmth for humans can help us determine our own balance points. What will an understanding of warmth do for your facilitation?
How do we explain the astounding epidemic of loneliness and anxiety in the western world? Learning what is happening in our bodies and our brains as we deal with loneliness and activation of the GRIEF/PANIC circuit helps us take care of ourselves with warmth and compassion. Join Sarah for an exploration of one of the greatest ills of our time.
What makes it so hard to create large-scale change? A part of the answer is humans’ natural resistance to change. Another part of the answer is the way that power changes humans. Luckily for humans, our Nonviolent Communication (NVC) practice, combined with leverage from the world of relational neuroscience, can bring us energy, calm, acceptance and even joy in our efforts to make the world a better place. Join Sarah for 3 days (9 hours) of exploration of the interplay of shame and privilege and experiences of healing and self-connection.
Part of a year-long masterclass, this stand-alone 5-day online constellations retreat with Sarah is an opportunity to explore many aspects of power as they appear in constellation work and in life, the relational neuroscience of power, how we surrender or claim power, how we misuse it, and how we come to peace with it.
Two important resources for human brains are models for how to be and the naming of overarching human patterns. In constellations, archetypes can provide an opportunity for the client and facilitator to shift into their right hemisphere, where our vision of the big picture exists. What archetypes are waiting to enter your constellations and support you and your clients?
We know a lot about managing inflammation with drugs and diets and exercise, but what do we need to know about the relationship between resonant support and inflammation? Join Sarah for practical tools to bring presence to our own bodies in support of a balanced and healing relationship to stress and other inflammation culprits.
This group is for practitioners who are interested in receiving supervision support about how to integrate resonant language, relational neuroscience, and constellations into 1-1 sessions, teaching, and group work. This is a primarily process-oriented group focusing on specific blocks attending practitioners are experiencing in their professional lives.

Learn to tell the difference between instrumental and relational connections, and begin to walk the path toward more richness, meaning and intimacy. Practice resonant language in relationship, and discover your own sweetness.
