Continuing our exploration of the dance of relational connection, we will learn what recent research into heart rate variability reveals about human connection, how parenting affects the heart of both children and adolescents, PTSD and its effect on our heart, including our sleep patterns. We will investigate what happens with certain kinds of weight loss, how HRV affects mood, and what influence it has on depression and anxiety. And how does empathy transform us, and what effect might it have on our heart rate variability and our long-term health and well-being?
Hello dears,
is this just an MP3 or is there a webinar with it that I am not finding?
Hi Betsy,
I hope you’re doing well. Thanks for your patience in my response to your comment. I have just emailed you as well, in case.
Sarah has two offerings on Heart Rate Variability. One from last November with her latest findings and research and one from 2017 which is a teleseminar.
The teleseminar you purchased “Heart Rate Variability and Empathy for Our Hearts” is the older of the two and only contains audio plus slides to follow along with. I can imagine it may have been a bit of a shock to not see video! If you would like Sarah’s more recent webinar on Heart Rate Variability, which includes video, I would be delighted to swap it out for you. Would you enjoy that?
You can read more about the 2021 offering here: https://sarahpeyton.com/product/heart-rate-variability-leaning-into-our-healing-with-hrv/
If helpful here are the agenda pieces of each:
The teleseminar includes a short guided meditation and empathy for the heart, information about HRV and HRV and parenting, primarily, how HRV is impacted by our attachment style
The webinar covers: HRV and how it’s impacted by stress, HRV and depression and trauma, and how HRV is impacted by healing.
Warmly,
Jaya
