Description
Even a tiny “no” can feel impossible when the body has experienced our “no’s” resulting in threats to our survival. What can neuroscience tell us about the human tendency to comply? Our ability to refuse is shaped by our nervous system state, past experience, and the ways that our unconscious contracts that make us fawn and focus on the other person’s needs. In the webinar Why is it Hard to Say No? Compliance and the Brain, we will discover the ways that relational neuroscience and resonance help us restore our dignity, and reclaim our “no.”
Where?
The course will meet via Zoom. Recordings and visuals will be made available to those who are registered for the live class, and available for purchase afterwards.
