Hello, I’m Sylvia. I was born and raised in Taiwan and later moved to the U.S. Navigating a new culture and finding my place, I found myself fumbling my way into a journey of reclaiming my authenticity and agency, exploring spirituality, nonviolent communication, neuroscience, and the landscapes of human relationships.
I know what it is like to perform in order to belong. I know how exhausting it is to carry others’ expectations and ideologies. For many years, I over-functioned, self-abandoned, and tried to be the “ideal” version in others’ eyes and in society. I silenced my needs, ignored my body’s signals, and earned my place by being pleasing, capable, and agreeable; quietly losing touch with who I truly was.

My healing journey has been a return to my body and a practice of allowing what is there to emerge. Through resonance healing, I have cultivated the capacity to witness my inner world with warmth and integrate life experiences and relational patterns into greater clarity and transformation. Drawing from diverse cultural perspectives, I honor the multifaceted complexity of being human and hold deep compassion for ourselves and others.
As a resonance practitioner, I offer the kind of accompaniment I once longed for: warm, curious, and grounded in nervous system awareness. In our sessions, we slow down together and listen to what is happening beneath the surface. We gently attend to body sensations, emotions, unmet needs, and protective patterns that were once there to serve us. Nothing is forced — what wants to emerge does so at its own pace.
I do not see myself as someone who fixes. I see myself as a companion.
