“I and you language”
When we use relational language (sentences that contain an “I” and a “You”) we get to bring our left-hemisphere into the mix along with the right-hemisphere. We get to aim for connection AND tell our own truth. This free webinar and process-demonstration introduces how “I-You” dialogues lead us to all kinds of realizations – we might see, for example, that we have a habit of erasing ourselves. Or that we don’t actually have an intention to connect! Or that we are in dialogue with someone, but we’re no where near speaking our own truth.
