Hi there! I purchased this webinar and the quality of the video has not been watchable. I haven’t been able to get more that two minutes in and have been trying to load it in different places for quite a while now. I have tried two different wifi connections and am wondering if its an issue on the other end. It seems to start out super pixelated and then freezes and the audio skips then stops entirely. Thank you!
