How do we celebrate and support our gaining strengths in relationship, remaining flexible, adaptable, creative, energized and stable? Older adults have traditionally been our mediators, our support for questions of complexity and integrity, and the holders of memory in stories and ritual transitions. What support does empathy provide in letting us claim our own wisdom and contribute to others in the 21st century?
