Hello!
I am Lori, and I’ve purchased lots of Sarah’s materials over the years. I know she’s update her site, etc, so I’m needing some help. While I can log in, and I see my courses in my Library, I can’t figure out how to access the older courses purchased a year or 2 ago. I used to be able to download the audio and pdf/PPT files. Not sure if that’s still possible, but at this moment, I cannot even play the material directly from her site. I just updated my system software, hoping that might help, with no avail. (I’m on a mac). Any ideas? Thank you Kindly! Lori
