In our explorations over the last few years we have often spoken of the importance of the body’s voice in brain integration and as a tool to make our relationships with self and others more effective. Many of us struggle with avoidant attachment patterns, where we are mired in the left hemisphere without access to the richness of our lives. The part of the brain that brings the body’s voice to life is the insula. How do we awaken and access the insula? What are its many functions, and how does it contribute to our well-being on a moment by moment basis? Join Sarah to learn more about enlivening our being through an ongoing relationship with our body’s reader board, the insula.
