Powerfully
Demystifying and awakening of possibilities.
I am grateful at the clarification at the end regarding shared space and practice being most easily practiced in a healthy and differentiated boundaries with linkage relationship. I had been trying to picture in a very abusive relationship where I didnt feel safe. This increased empathy and compassion for healing into earned secure attachment as well as practices of empathy and best ways to work with ownership and how.
I am very thankful and my heart is overjoyed with increased sense of resonance and connection. Thank you Sarah also for your vulnerability in sharing your experience. It was that sense of shared empathy circle in action❤️🙏🏻❤️
