Description
Do you long to feel better within yourself and have better relationships with other people?
Do you love everything you’ve learned in Sarah Peyton’s classes, and still find yourselves running into unexpected blocks and difficulties when you try to practice it in your life?
Many of us have learned the tools of Resonant Language, Unconscious Contracts, and Time Travel and felt the grace of these transformative healing tools. But even after practicing these steps, we often find ourselves stuck in hard moments and unable to use these tools when we most need them.
Why is it so hard to access resonance in the moments that matter most?
The answer lies in intimacy. Resonance is not just a technique, it’s an act of closeness. And as soon as we enter the territory of closeness, we’re entering the mysterious world of attachment patterns. Shaped by early relationships and experiences, these patterns predict how we engage with others, how we protect ourselves, what we expect to receive and how we respond to emotional connection. These patterns are so profound that they even show up in our relationships with our companion animals. With this new class, the third in our Foundations of Resonant Healing series, you are invited to go beyond the building blocks of resonant skills and into the molecular structure of relational connection.
We will begin with one of the most deceptively simple and profoundly complex skills in resonance: attunement. What does it mean to give another person our full attention without becoming consumed by them, or needing to retreat in order to protect ourselves? We’ll learn the difference between emotional contagion and attunement, and name and release contracts of infancy which cause us to devote our nervous systems to the wellbeing of others and the balancing of entire systems and groups. We will look at the habits of mind that habitually stop us from connecting, and begin to lift the burden of attachment contracts that make us behave in ways that separate us, rather than allow us to fluidly move in and out of relationships as we choose. And we will learn about the circuits of emotion and motivation in the brain, in order to deepen our understanding of the ways that our contracts to limit emotion also inhibit resonance.
By the end of this workshop, you’ll leave with a deeper understanding of your own attachment landscape, greater affection for yourself, and a softened inner world. You’ll build your capacity to move fluidly into and out of connection rooted not in survival, but in choice.

What To Expect
In each 85-minute class, Sarah and Jaya will present and make connections across the most cutting edge relational neuroscience research into how language and the brain interact. Classes will include lecture and breakout sessions to practice resonance skills and build familiarity and confidence. There will be support for students to create and develop Resonant Practice Partnerships outside of class.
This class will be taught primarily by Sarah Peyton with Jaya Manske leading two of the sessions and supporting the course. The classes will be recorded for participants in many time zones.

Who is This Course For?
This class is open to everyone, regardless of which courses you’ve taken with Sarah Peyton. Whether you’re just beginning or have years of resonant practice, this course offers a new and integrative lens on how to build skills of intimacy and attunement. The format will be deeply experiential, with assistant support for newer learners and advanced pair work for those with more experience.
This Course Includes Resonant Assistant Support
Assistant support is available during classes. There are three ways this happens:
- In groups of three with one assistant and two participants, so that participants can practice the breakout exercises with support.
- In small groups, with 1 assistant and 3+ participants, with work with one participant occurring by lottery, and the remaining participants observing.
- Depending on assistant availability, the third option is 1-1 support to receive resonant processes like time travel and unconscious contracts for material that comes up during class.

This course is offered with an option for sliding-scale tuition. Please choose the rate that works based on your income:
$400 – Support those with fewer resources to attend (choose this option if you have the desire to support access for others to help rebalance systemic and global inequity).
$360 – Requested standard contribution (choose this option if you have sufficient financial resources and can pay fair value for this learning experience)
$300 – Discounted rate (choose this option if you sometimes struggle with limited financial resources and would benefit from supported access to this learning experience)
