Description
Why is it difficult to say no? Where did I learn that my needs, limits, or self-protection endangered connection? Who do I leave behind or alienate when I know what I need and ask for it? How can boundaries become an expression of presence, dignity, and care?
Our constellation exploration in this module will let us work with a complete system, allowing us to see what is inaccessible or blocked, which allows us to use our constellation practices to bring the system into balance and movement.
The neuroscience concept that will support us in our exploration is Jaak Panksep’s set of 7+1 Circuits of Emotion and Motivation, allowing us to look at the positive role of DISGUST in supporting us in knowing our “no’s.”
