Healing the Broken Mother Field
$300.00
Does your work with clients sometimes take bewildering turns and you wonder why?
Are you sometimes confused by repetitive patterns in your life? Have you ever wanted to find some of the root causes in exploding relationships or recurring bad luck?
Some of our recurring patterns can actually be our mother’s broken places showing up in our own lives. Likewise, although we may have never fathomed it, our problems with clients could be due to their Broken Mother Fields. Join Sarah for a transformative seven-week exploration to lighten the load of intergenerational trauma, free up energy in healing sessions, and unlock the flow of love that streams across generations.
Do you sometimes notice difficult patterns in the way that you're met when you seek support? Betrayals, abandonment, or an inability to make yourself heard?
Do you ever notice that when you're supporting some clients, you lose your ground or act unlike yourself? Can you suddenly feel surprising contempt or impatience for a client, or unusual insecurity and that you are second guessing yourself?
It might be your (or your client’s) Broken Mother Field.
The Broken Mother Field is a concept developed by Sarah Peyton, through her innovative work with psychology, neuroscience, and relational fields. After years of having similar experiences of being met with abandonment when seeking support, Sarah made the groundbreaking connection between how she was unconsciously being received by others, and her mother’s patterns of traumatized behavior. Thus, the Broken Mother Field came into cognition: the ways in which we carry our mother’s most broken parts (and her mother’s broken parts, and on and on) within our field, and how those broken parts influence how the people around us act when in relation to us.
We all carry an imprint of our mother (or primary caregiver, of any or no gender) and their broken places with us wherever we go. In this course, you’ll work with Sarah Peyton’s healing processes of unconscious contracts and time travel in order to lighten the load of this field that travels with us.
We’ll learn processes and practices to help identify the Broken Mother Field, to see its patterns, and to begin to heal some of the impact the fragments have left behind. We’ll time travel into our mother’s lives in order to release unconscious contracts that we carry on behalf of our mothers, and the contracts our mothers carried to see us in particular ways, liberating ourselves. This work engages deeply with the transgenerational trauma that unfolds along the mother’s line, and we will be with the challenges they faced and start to free up the flow of love that can stream from loving figure to loving figure within the family system over generations. We will also learn processes to support ourselves in being more authentically responsive and less impacted by The Broken Mother Fields of the people we work with.
This course will support both clients and practitioners to have more understanding and recognition of how the Broken Mother Field shows up in helping relationships: it will allow folks to walk away from people who are easily influenced by their Broken Mother Field, and it will support practitioners to increase their capacity to have the personal introspection and awareness and skills that allow them to stay in warm and aware space in relationship with clients.
The work in this course will be deep, wide, and transformative: prepare to have an increased ability to make sense and recognize patterns in your life, and develop new strategies to work with what was previously unnamed and ungraspable. Together we will work to lighten and clear the burdens in our relational fields.

Who Is This Course For?
This course is specifically geared toward spaceholders, and people who are interested in therapeutic and emotional session-work, including resonance partners, empathy buddies, therapists and social workers.
Total beginners and experienced resonance practitioners are welcome. This is for anyone interested in seeing how to minimize the influence of the Broken Mother Field during daily life and in dyadic session work, to practice and receive support as supportive practitioners to have solid ground when trauma arises for those you are holding space for.
This Course Includes 1:1 Resonant Support
Get assistant support during classes – experience resonant support from experienced practitioners when you need it during class times. Often, this work can have unexpected depth and touch on deeply held subconscious awareness and pain. Getting support when we need it most helps participants to integrate, regulate, and have a felt experience of the transformative power of resonance.
