In what I do, both professionally and privately, I am driven by the desire to contribute to change on a systemic level and to build a world of dialogue, mutual trust and cooperation.
For my clients I create a space full of understanding, acceptance, where they can relax and breathe more fully and build a connection with themselves full of kindness and warmth.
I support my individual clients and teams in uncovering their potential and returning to the source of personal power and strength. I help strengthen and heal relationships and support building teams and communities that take all needs into consideration.
Since 2008 I am accredited coach with ICF (PCC) and since 2014 I am a CNVC certified Nonviolent Communication NVC trainer and mediator. I am also a certified Positive Neuroplasticity trainer.
I have over 10 years of experience in multinational corporations in the financial industry in managerial positions. Since 2008 as a freelancer I mainly work with NGO’s, business and education in general as well as parents of teenagers and couples.
I specialise in the following areas:
- conflict resolution
- mediation
- constructive communication in life, family and organisation
- working with anger, shame, limiting beliefs, difficult moments in life where we have been alone.
Since 2014 I have been learning intensively from Sarah Peyton (in workshops, supervisions), exploring systemic settings, Resonant Healing and exploring neuroscience. I completed certification as a ‘Resonant Healing Practioner’ in 2021.
I offer resonant language empathy, sacred vow work and time travel empathy, coaching, team and group coaching to help my clients feel safe and regain access to their resources.
I have a sense of gratitude for my session with Joanna, she not only allowed me to clarify my purpose, which I had been looking for for a long time but above all I was delighted by the warmth, kindness, sensitivity in working with her, which made me feel more at peace and reduced anxiety and irritability. Thank you very much and recommend you.” – Peter
