These two classes explore the connection between anxiety and the emotional circuits of both FEAR and PANIC/GRIEF, and how anxiety can be rooted in non-acceptance of our shadows. We will start a practice of embracing our pettiness and learning to be bigger than its. We will experience resonance remedies for anxiety. We will also work with the resonance skill of impossible dream guesses which can support the movement out of anxiety and into self-supported calm.
