2021 Online NVC Conference

About the Event

Looking to level up your communication skills? Join Sarah Peyton and trainers from around the world for the 14th Annual NVC Conference hosted online for the second time by the NVC Academy, the online classroom for learning NVC concepts. This is a full weekend of enriching workshops with trainers from across the world.

Sarah Peyton will be presenting on two topics:

• The Deep Needs Behind Self-Sabotage
  Why do we engage in self-defeating behaviors? Why are we late? Why do we not take care of ourselves? Sarah answers these questions and more in this session.
• Healing Shame with NVC Needs
  Shame is a stressful emotion to feel, and can stay with us for years. Learn how to heal it using NVC.

In addition to Sarah’s offerings and the offerings of several other trainers, four of the sessions (by other trainers) will be presented in Spanish with simultaneous English translations.

Come make some new friends, expand your support system, and gain NVC skills for every area of your life.

This year’s conference will be held online via Zoom so you can attend, learn, and practice from the safety and comfort of your home.

What to Expect

About Sarah

Sarah Peyton, international constellations facilitator, Certified Trainer of Nonviolent Communication and neuroscience educator, integrates constellations, brain science and the use of resonant language to heal trauma. She teaches and lectures internationally, is a regular contributor to The Knowing Field International Constellations Journal, was the author of a chapter for Stephan Hausner’s 2014 book Salutogene Aufstellungen, and is an annual guest speaker and teacher at the Bernried Intensive in Southern Germany. She was a featured presenter at London’s 2017 Trauma Through the Systemic Constellation Lens and is the author of the book “Your Resonant Self: Guided Meditations and Exercises to Engage Your Brain’s Capacity for Healing,” published by Norton Publishing in September of 2017
