Inviting Boundaries and Healthy No’s That Feel Good
September 7, 2021 @ 2:00 pm - October 19, 2021 @ 3:25 pm PDT
Cost: $199About the Event
Join Sarah Peyton for a 5 week series on boundaries. In this class series, we will explore how to know our limits and express them without having to pay more than we have in energy and shame backlashes. This offering will include time travels and unconscious contract work, and will move through an exploration of the interweaving of our earliest patterns of relationship, our awareness of other’s nervous systems, and shame-free expression of our own needs and longings.

What To Expect:
In these 85 minute sessions, participants will:
- Learn and release the common blocks to boundaries
- Understand the seeds of alarmed aloneness in every untrue “yes.”
- Time travel to our earliest selves so that they aren’t alone with loss anymore
- Take away learnings about unconscious contracts to continue and deepen the work on our own
There will be one demo depth process per week, and the receiver will be chosen by lottery. Not everyone will have a chance to receive.
The classes will be recorded for participants in many time zones – the only recording access will be for those actually enrolled in this class.
Who is This Event For?
Students from beginners to advanced interested in cultivating a healthy sense of individuation and interconnection. Anyone who has struggled with expressing or setting boundaries, or those who work with people who struggle. All welcome.
