Healing Shame with Sarah Peyton
September 10, 2021 @ 8:00 am - September 11, 2021 @ 12:00 pm PDTCost: R2800
About the Event
Shame is, both the most difficult and paradoxically, the most connecting of emotions. It is so essentially human that it can be difficult to shift in our constellation work. Using the foundation of the neuroscience of shame, and the understanding that the principles of constellations bring us, we learn skills and approaches to shake up and reorient ourselves and our clients to power and new levels of shame resilience.
– Identify shame states
– Experience the connecting power of shame
– Understand the perceived conflict between belonging and authenticity
– Find the seeds of aloneness in all shame
– And learn to identify and release the unconscious contracts that keep people trapped in shame states
The course will meet via online zoom. Please note that this course will be recorded, edited and sold at REAL Academy.
