Every year Sarah takes the newest process that she has been exploring and brings it to the public to savor and experience along with her. We never know what will be unveiled at this annual, exciting webinar, free to the public.
This year Sarah shares explorations on shame. Are you ever left with a shame hangover? Whatever the difficult moment was has already gone, but do you still feel the shame as if it weren’t in the past? Neurobiologically it’s true – your brain doesn’t know that the shaming moment is over and done with – the body continues to carry the burden.
