How do we hold and support our clients when they bring us their sense of meaninglessness, helplessness or futility in the face of collective trauma, systemic oppression and/or the climate crisis? How do we identify and support depression, and differentiate personal anxiety and depression from the systemic? What can neuroscience tell us about this aspect of constellation work, and how can constellations help us and our clients during this time in the world’s history? And how can constellations create opportunities to support our clients to engage with and enjoy life and nurture the enormous love they have for the world and the people around them.
Constellations are a way of unwinding and unraveling the frozen strands of trauma and buried nervous-system vows from our essential beings, so that we can flourish, live, and contribute our gifts with ease. Join Sarah Peyton for this exploration of what neuroscience and constellations can do to support long-term well-being and the emergence of self.
Over this 4-day immersion week participants will:
- Understand collective trauma and its impacts on sense of meaning, energy, and agency
- Learn to differentiate personal experiences from systemic and how to use constellations to acknowledge and transform anxiety and depression
- Investigate the relationship between constellations, metaphor, and how to capture and reflect enormity so that healing and integration are the result
