Epigenetics – You are not Your DNA

Without even realizing it, while we think we’re just living our lives, what we take in, from the relationships we experience to the food we eat, is changing us.  It’s changing the expression of our genes.  And then these changes in the expression of our genes (not our DNA itself, but how it reveals itself) are passed on to our future children, and to their children, and to their children.
