This 12-month live online drop-in series will offer constellation practitioners and enthusiasts new ways to think about working with unconscious realms, and how to use archetypes as resources in facilitating constellations. One of the most difficult things to overcome is violation. Clients often bring us questions of how to find restoration when they have experienced violence or intrusion, including sexual violence. Archetypes offer us new ways to discover and offer inviolability.

In Greek mythology, Chiron, an immortal centaur pierced by a poisoned arrow, symbolizes the “wounded healer.” Chiron’s presence as an archetype gives us the courage to expose and address our deep pain, and to understand that our own wounds give us the ability to help others. What does this mean in terms of trauma and relational neuroscience?
This 90-minute session with Sarah Peyton will offer participants the opportunity to become acquainted with their own wounded healer, and learn to offer this archetype to their clients.

Raging Divinity and Consolation

What kinds of archetypes allow us to create an echo of rage within a constellation, an echo that is satisfying enough to create a bit of consolation for nervous systems and brains that have been taken over? One example is the Inuit goddess of the sea, Sedna, who lost everything, and experienced a rage that caused her to hoard all the resources of the sea until she was sung to by shamans in acknowledgment of her truth.What happens to us and our righteous rage when this type of archetype is represented in our constellations? How do we hold our clients (or ourselves) in the midst of complete devastation?
