Description
Why do I feel guilty when things go well? Am I carrying something that belongs to someone else? Why do we feel guilty when sadness is too great to integrate? What is the integrity at the heart of our guilt? What love, loyalty, or longing might be held inside the burden? How can constellations support the transformation of guilt into something more nourishing?
In this module, we will constellate family loyalties and with the intrapersonal system of the brain as it corresponds with the family of origin.
The relational neuroscience concepts that we will work with in this module include fMRI imagery of guilt, and guilt’s relationship to grief.
