Description
What has not yet been fully grieved in my system? How is unresolved loss shaping my life now? What or whom is my heart still trying to find? When we can’t move past a loss or a grief, we are caught in a specific unresolved loss. How can constellation work support completion of the movement of loss so that we can heal and grow in new areas?
In this module, we will follow the constellations completion ritual with the addition of the necessary circuits of emotion.
The relational neuroscience concepts in this module are Jaak Panksepp’s PANIC/GRIEF and CARE circuits.
