Where do I belong? Who in my system was excluded or forgotten? Where do I stand in relation to those who came before me? What changes when precedence and belonging are acknowledged?
In this module, we will look at the way bodies respond to an acknowledgment of precedence, traditional constellation family structures, the tensions of exclusion, and the relaxation that can come with inclusion.
The relational neuroscience concepts that we will work with in this module include Alarmed Aloneness (the effect of separation distress on human neurobiology) and Social Baseline Theory (the study of the supportive effect of accompaniment and companionship on our health and wellness).
