Description

What happens in a family system when someone is forgotten, excluded, shamed, disappeared,
or never spoken of again? How do the nervous systems of later generations carry the imprint of
those who were not given a place?

In constellation work, the forgotten and excluded ones often appear with surprising force, not to
blame the living, but to ask for recognition.

Neuroscience helps us understand how exclusion,
secrecy, shame, and silence can shape the implicit memory networks that influence identity,
belonging, and relational safety. What has been pushed outside awareness can continue to
shape the field until it is gently welcomed back into the circle.

What To Expect

In this 85-minute webinar with Sarah Peyton, we will explore what it means to speak with the
forgotten and excluded ones with respect, humility, and resonance. Participants will come away
with a deeper understanding of exclusion, belonging, and the healing movement that becomes possible when the unseen are finally seen and brought back into the circle with warmth.

Participants who are also facilitators will gain access to the neuroscience underlying
the internalization of trauma that happens when there is entanglement in clients.
