Constellation work often reveals that the self is not as separate as we imagined. We are shaped by family systems, nervous systems, histories, cultures, landscapes, and mysteries that exceed conscious knowing. Neuroscience gives us language for dreaming, integration, memory, imagination, and the brain’s capacity to make meaning from what rises beneath awareness.
