In a world with an aging population, dementia is expected to triple in the next thirty years, reaching 153 million people. Many people turn away from those who have dementia, discounting their worth, and pay little attention to those who care for them. This webinar will open the door to understanding and valuing those who have dementia in a new way, and will provide support and resonance to those who are caregivers for folks with cognitive decline. This 90 minute webinar with Sarah Peyton will cover a summary of the neuroscience of dementia, offer possibilities for responding to folks with dementia, and offer live resonance support for caregivers.
