Are you ever inspired by the glimpses you catch of NVC’s beauty and relationality, only to lose sight of your dream in the wear and tear of everyday life? Join Sarah Peyton to explore the relational neuroscience of how we connect and change one another, and how to bring this knowledge as leverage to make the beauty of Nonviolent Communication a practice of everyday presence, and make your empathy more powerful. Participants will spend class time in an experiential discovery of attunement and its influence on the power of feelings and needs guesses.

About Sarah
Sarah Peyton, Certified Trainer of Nonviolent Communication and neuroscience educator, integrates brain science and the use of resonant language to heal personal and collective trauma with exquisite gentleness.
Sarah is a sought-after expert who brings neuroscience expertise together with depth work, self-compassion, and the transformative potential of language. She works with audiences internationally to create a compassionate understanding of the effects of relational trauma on the brain, and teaches people how words change and heal us.
