Does your writing or creative expression sometimes feel hard to access? When it comes to your creative expression, are the voices and judgments of other people louder than your own? Do you struggle to have a solid sense of what you need and want?
In order to express ourselves creatively, we need to know the difference between “yes” and “no”. Join Sarah Peyton and Jaya Manske for a transformative exploration of the DISGUST circuit, and learn how finding your embodied boundaries can help you create space and support for finding your authentic voice through writing or other arts.
Experience what’s possible when you explore and create within a resonant and welcoming space that honors the uniqueness of your truth and your voice in this 6-session series dedicated to creative process and exploration.
This 6-session series runs from January 23 through March 5, 2024 with classes meeting each Tuesday morning. 8:00am-9:20am Pacific Time.
