Have you ever wanted to try a family constellations class but felt shy or awkward, as you’ve had no experience with them, and you weren’t sure what a class would be like? This Intro class is meant both to take beginners through the basics, and to provide folks who have only ever done constellations live-and-in-person with a chance to try out on-line constellations.

The approach called “Emergent Constellations” provides for the full participation of facilitators, reps and clients to harvest all the wisdom that is present in the field.

This 3- hour class will take participants from an interest in constellations, or from the directive view of constellations, to a deeper experience of constellations occurring both within their bodies and in the field. We will explore the invisible web of patterns that support the unfolding movement of constellations to bring new freedom and choice to human systems.

Participants will:

• Learn the basics of family constellations and their grounding in relational neuroscience
• Have a chance to feel into being a representative and a client in a small breakout group with very low stress
• Witness and possibly participate in a large group, on-line, emergent constellation
• These experiences will help participants feel comfortable and confident in any on-line constellation class.
