Do you crave both meaning and exquisite gentleness in how your body, and your story, are met?

For many of us living with ongoing physical challenges, the pain isn’t only in the body—it’s also in the isolation, the self-judgment, and the invisible labor of surviving each day. Often, we become unsafe environments to ourselves: driven by an inner critic who says we should be doing more, or trapped in contracts and identities that pull us out of presence. Moments of diagnosis or symptom flare-ups can leave a lasting shock in the nervous system, making it harder to heal.

Neuroscience shows that the same neural regions that process emotional pain also process physical pain, and that there is a huge overlap between our discomfort and our emotions about our discomfort. This means our relationship with our bodies, and the tenderness we offer ourselves, matters. When we bring warmth and safety into our internal landscape, our nervous systems shift: muscles relax, blood flow improves (especially to our vital organs!), oxygen increases, and our immune systems begin to orient toward safety and relaxation rather than tension and threat.

In this course, we’ll explore how to become more loving stewards of our bodies, no matter our condition. We’ll release old survival strategies, meet moments of trauma or shock with compassion, and differentiate ourselves from the conditions of our bodies so we can hold ourselves with clarity rather than fusion. We’ll offer our bodies new experiences of resonance, self-kindness, and safety: tools that can support both emotional and physical transformation.

Through experiential practices, somatic inquiry, and gentle group connection, you’ll begin to explore a relationship with your body rooted in warmth, curiosity, and possibility.

Who Is This Course For?

Anyone from total beginners to experienced resonance practitioners are welcome. This course is for anyone living with chronic illness, pain, or fatigue who longs to feel more resourced, more connected, and more empowered in their own healing. You’ll leave with more access to everyday resonance, a deepened sense of self-warmth, and a little more energy for caring for yourself with love.

If you attended the Writing Warmth for Bodies course, this series expands on those themes with deeper somatic exploration and additional tools for supporting yourself through physical difficulty.

This Course Includes Resonant Assistant Support

Get assistant support during classes – experience resonant support from experienced practitioners when you need it during class times. Often, this work can have unexpected depth and touch on deeply held subconscious awareness and pain. Getting support when we need it most helps participants to integrate, regulate, and have a felt experience of the transformative power of resonance.
