Gail’s passion lies in merging together neuroscience knowledge and learning about oneself, guiding one into deeper connections with self and others. Gail spent many years in the world of Olympic level coaching, helping athletes and coaches to achieve extraordinary success. In the late 2000’s, Gail’s interest moved into the world of neuroscience, and nonviolent communication. A thirst for understanding others, improving communication, and building better relationships with her children drove Gail to immerse herself into this new realm.
Gail skillfully supports individuals and organizations to connect, understand and depersonalize conflict. This new perspective helps transform challenging personal or workplace issues and supports enhanced relational connection and personal fulfillment.
Gail has studied with Sarah Peyton since 2009; is trained as a coach and in 2021 completed certification as a “Resonant Healing Practioner.” Gail is also a CNVC Certified Trainer of Nonviolent Communication. In addition, Gail has also trained in Convergent Facilitation, Depth Empathy processes, NVC in the Workplace, Family Constellations, Attachment Theory, Group Facilitation, and Interpersonal Neurobiology.
Gail is a great coach, I wish I had connected with her a decade ago. She has helped me grow professionally and personally. Her work is grounded in the science of emotion and personal connection which has helped me better understand others and how to meet their needs while delivering a difficult message. ~Patrick C.
