I am a cisgender white female, mother of an adult child with Cystic Fibrosis. I was born in Poland, educated in the French education system, and earned an Oriental Studies Master Degree from the University of Warsaw. I spent 1 year studying and 6 months working in Japan. I have 18 years of experience in the corporate world as an interpreter on multiple levels within organizations, from the production line to top management. My primary work experience has been Lean Manufacturing in the automotive industry.
Both my parents lost their mothers in childhood during WWII and both their family units disintegrated during the war, losing family members in concentration camps and in military action. My parents’ families fought in the underground army and as the communist regime consumed Poland, my parents were active in the opposition. They never went to therapy. Coping mechanisms and hiding distress and feelings meant survival.
I did not realize how family trauma has impacted me. I considered myself as having enjoyed a happy childhood. I turned towards Nonviolent Communication in hopes of reconnecting with my teenage daughter in 2016. It helped, so I studied and practiced more.
I learned Need Based Coaching with Pernille Plantener, and mediation (“Mediate your Life”) with Ania Mills and Ike Lasater, studied and practiced restorative justice with Tomek Bagiński, Dominique Barter and Duke Duchscherer, and, very importantly, participated in retreats and studied convergent facilitation with Miki Kashtan.
I also studied the Internal Family System, took 3 levels of training, and assisted multiple times in L1 and L2.
I have known Sarah’s work since 2018 and started studying with her in 2020, taking Sarah’s first Resonant Healing Practitioner Certification Course.
The more I learned, the more I realized how much there is to heal. I am currently assisting Sarah with multiple courses.
The more I process, the more I discover the me that I never suspected existed. Resonant Healing has brought me to a place of juiciness, joy and lightness that I had never experienced before.
I have remodeled my life and, while continuing my own healing journey, am focusing on helping others find their own path towards joy.
