Hi there, I’m Carina. I remember exactly where I was when I was struck by this unfamiliar sensation in my belly – kind of bubbly, kind of warm, and to a great extent relieving and connecting. It took me a few moments and then it hit me: this is what self-love feels like in my body. For years, I had contemplated self-love as an affirmation that came to life through a post-it note on my bathroom mirror, but I struggled to actually embody self-love. So much so that I wondered if there was something completely wrong with me.
Does this sound familiar to you? Do you find yourself thinking about self-love more than actually feeling it? If so, I would be honored to accompany you on your journey of resonant healing. Resonant healing is like opening a secret door within yourself, revealing a visceral, confident knowing that you make sense.
My calling has always been to contribute to the wellbeing and health of people. Through this work, I possess a deep understanding of what matters most to caregivers and health professionals. Together, we embark on a journey that goes beyond the present surface, exploring the root causes of your pain at your own pace and direction. During our sessions, we release traumatic memories and contracts that hinder you from living your life, pursuing your career, and enjoying your relationships to the fullest. Additionally, we integrate the blessings you deeply long for. Resonant healing brings to mind a quote by Rumi, who beautifully expressed it as, “The wound is the place where the light enters you.”
We all carry experiences that have caused distress or disrupted our self-love, and the majority of my clients face diverse challenges:
● Deeply caring for others, but struggling to prioritize their own needs;
● Battling self-sabotaging patterns, self-limiting beliefs and self-doubt;
● Navigating toxic relationships and workplaces;
● Addressing co-dependency and boundary issues;
● Coping with exhaustion, burnout, and overwhelming fatigue;
● Managing anxiety and the feeling of being stuck;
● Adapting to loss and life transitions
“As a female professional, my struggles are internal and external. Some struggles can’t even be discussed in public as that would create more stress. Resonant healing uncovers my deepest wounds in a very peaceful way and Carina creates an atmosphere in which I feel strong enough, smart enough, good enough and brave enough to forgive myself and heal without blaming. Addressing my deep wounds is so important to me to prevent burnout.” – Fatima, Physician and Hospice Medical Directo
