Unconscious Contracts in Antiracism: Free Workshop to Release Blocks to Antiracist Action
August 26, 2023 @ 8:00 am - 9:30 am PDT
Cost: FreeAbout the Event
Do you ever find yourself limited in your antiracist activism or learning journey by overwhelm, exhaustion, big feelings? Does it sometimes seem as if you’ve hit a wall? If so, there might be an unconscious contract at play. Unconscious contracts are the agreements we don’t know about that we make with ourselves to try to protect ourselves from shame or pain or danger. Sometimes, once we identify them, we don’t need them anymore.
Join Sarah for a brief, experiential, free introduction to identify and release of the most common contracts connected with antiracism, based on her new book The Antiracist Heart, co-authored with Roxy Manning.
