Trauma and the Constellation Facilitator: Identification, Tools and Healing
Are you a constellation facilitator or trainee? Would you like to learn tools for working with trauma in constellations? Join Sarah and connect with others in the global constellations facilitation community in this 6-week course offered by the Centre for Systemic Constellations.
What you will learn/ develop:
Each session will have a short lecture on the neurobiology of trauma, a mini-constellation breakout for small group work, and a short large group constellation.
Session 1: Monday, April 14, 2025 – Time, Trauma, Your Brain and Constellations: Single Incident Trauma
In this session, we will learn the neurobiology of single-incident trauma, how it shows up in constellations, and how to heal it with constellation work.
Session 2: Monday, April 28, 2025 – Healing Felt Sense Trauma with Constellations: Complex PTSD
In this session, we will discover how Complex PTSD (multiple incident trauma) impacts our self-esteem, and we will learn what to prioritize to facilitate healing and restoration.
Session 3: Monday, May 12, 2025 – Releasing the Burden of the Mother’s Trauma with Constellations
In this session, we will learn to support the constellation in time travel into the mother’s past to heal the mother we carry within us.
Session 4: Monday, May 26, 2025 – Letting go of the Life Trauma of Trying to Hold the Mother’s Gaze
In this session, we will explore the double layer of unconscious contracts we carry to see ourselves as our mother saw us.
Session 5: Monday, June 9, 2025 – Holding Trauma in a Group Setting
In this session, we will explore identification tools and action strategies for facilitators supporting group work when trauma makes an appearance.
Session 6: Monday, June 23, 2025 – What Comes Up for Facilitators When Clients are Traumatized
In this session, we will experience support and healing possibilities for ourselves as facilitators in the face of clients holding trauma.
