Healing with Money
August 4 @ 1:30 pm - September 15 @ 2:55 pm PDT
Cost: $300About the Event
Have you ever noticed that money seems to have a personality in your life? Does it slip through your fingers like it doesn’t want to stay? Does it stir fear, shame, or secrecy in your body? Do you feel like you can’t keep it, or that if anyone knew you had it, it would be taken away?
For many of us, money is not just a practical tool—it’s a central character in our life story, often playing roles we didn’t consciously assign: the betrayer, the elusive provider, the source of disconnection, the burden we’re not allowed to talk about. Our relationship with money is shaped not just by income or expenses, but by old emotional patterns, family legacies, and deep nervous system responses that whisper stories about what we deserve, how much is “enough,” and whether love and money can exist in the same space.
In this course, we’ll bring warmth, curiosity, and compassion to the hidden beliefs and embodied responses we carry around money. Together, we’ll explore how money is experienced in our nervous systems—how some of us grasp and hoard out of fear, while others reject or sabotage abundance because it feels dangerous or corrupting. We’ll ask: What does my body believe about money? What has it learned from the past? And what might change if I could relate to money with more flow, trust, and choice?
We’ll draw on current neuroscience about how money affects the brain, and we’ll bring in experiential processes to support healing. Through small-group exploration, guided inquiry, and somatic awareness, you’ll begin to rewrite your personal money story—reclaiming strengths like generosity, intuition, realism, and the capacity to create a values-based life.
This course is for anyone longing to experience more ease, integrity, and clarity in their relationship with money—and to understand how money stories ripple through every part of our lives, including our relationships, our sense of self-worth, and our vision for the future.
Let’s come together to bring tenderness and truth to a part of life that so often stays in the shadows. Let’s open up space for healing, freedom, and connection—starting with the way we hold money in our minds, hearts, and bodies.
