CNVC Online International Intensive Training 2025

October 17 @ 8:00 am - November 2 @ 4:00 pm PDT

About the Event

Online Intensive 2025

Nonviolent Communication Rooted in Ancient Wisdom and Modern Science

This immersive experience will give you the tools to foster more meaningful relationships at home, at work, and in your community using the power of deep, non-judgmental listening and authentic communication that brings harmony and togetherness.

In addition to being a tool for conversation and conflict resolution, NVC brings the concept of Interbeing into practical, everyday life. Rooted in ancient wisdom, this work reflects the understanding that all life is interconnected and answers questions such as:
  • How can we live in a way that holds this “knowing” at the heart of our thoughts, actions, and words?
  • How can NVC support us in navigating the complexity of honoring the Earth while participating in systems that often cause it harm?
  • How do we embody reverence for creation in an empowered way, without needing to adhere to any particular religion?
In this training, we will draw upon both modern neuroscience and ancient spiritual wisdom so that you can combine “the best of both worlds” to create a life that is more grounded in your own sense of inner knowing (your needs), enabling you to create interdependent relationships with others.

Our team of Certified Trainers will share both the core curriculum of NVC as developed by Dr. Marshall Rosenberg, as well as their own unique applications. They bring a wealth of experience in NVC, spirituality, and neuroscience. They are committed to guiding participants through a journey of discovery and connection. We expect a group of approximately 60 to 90 people from different countries, cultural backgrounds, professions and walks of life.
