In this workshop, we will consider depression not as a medical or psychiatric diagnosis, but as a state of decline and helplessness, an unwillingness to live, which lasts for a long time. We will see what the field process is that leads us to the decline of depression. This decrease in energy serves to release the deep core of the self, which has been oppressed by wrong decisions, traumatic disconnections, and the destructive patterns that we inherit from the family.
We will learn to release this core of self without increasing depression or even entering it. We will also consider the role of antidepressants and other drugs and how to “cooperate” with them in field work. Constellators and therapists are invited to the seminar.
During this workshop, Elena alternates between lectures, analyzing participants’ stories and situations to illustrate the laws of the field and teach techniques, short constellations, and small group exercises to apply and integrate the learning.
Elena Veselago has been practicing constellations for over 20 years. She is the director of the Open Field Institute in Moscow, where she has taught constellation facilitation to about 5,000 people.
Please Note: If you have an acute depressive state, you should refrain from participating in the seminar, since there will be quite a serious field load.
