Your Resonant Self: Family Constellations for Wholeness
August 1, 2021 @ 4:00 pm - August 6, 2021 @ 12:00 pm EDT
Cost: $515 – $575About the Event
Family Constellation Work heals trauma at the family level—transgenerationally and historically—as well as at the personal level. How have your ancestors’ journeys impacted you, and how can you transform your family from influencing you with trauma to becoming a resource?
Join relational neuroscience educator Sarah Peyton to experience the convergence of what we are learning about relationships and the brain, and how we can use resonant language and family constellations to create pathways for healing and well-being.
Through lectures and demonstrations, you learn to follow the wisdom of the body and resolve blocks to well-being. As you strip away your entanglements, you are freed to release your unconscious contracts. You begin to untangle your life energy and discover first-hand the power of meditation to change the brain.

What To Expect:
Each day we alternate between short lectures on neuroscience and constellation concepts with mini-constellations to explore and practice the concepts, and then we do large group constellations. If you’re a visual learner you can imagine small islands of didactic learning, surrounded by slightly larger islands of small-group learning, and then interspersed with large, full-group constellations.
Over the course of the week, Sarah will facilitate large group constellations. Being a seeker happens by lottery. Participants will be invited to represent in constellations. Personal constellation work is not guaranteed. Whether you are new to constellations or experienced, all are welcome.
Who Is This Event For?
Whether you are a complete beginner or an advanced practitioner of family constellations, this workshop will support and enliven your journey. Those looking for personal healing, as well as those who work in healing professions, are welcome.
